The Towers of Chevron Renaissance
Thank you to Vickey for organising our stay at the Circle on Cavill in July 2011. We loved the 2 bedroom spa apartment which was immaculate with magnificent views & everything we needed for a lovely holiday. The property itself was good as well, though it could have done with an indoor heated pool. |

Hi Vickey Myself and my family were very impressed with the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 13th floor at the Towers of Chevron Renaissance. The apartment was beautiful!!! (Spacious, modern, clean with great ocean views). We were very happy and we all had a lovely and very enjoyable stay!!!

? "Sorry this is so late Vicky, but I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our holiday in your apartment. From the moment that I enquired I was impressed with the friendliness that you operate with. We arrived on one of those very early flights and you had advised the people that we were to meet of this. Even though check in wasn't for quite a few hours, they contacted me when I didn't arrive at the time they had expected and invited us to come and view the property with them at an earlier time. Even though it was still in the final stages of being cleaned, they happily allowed us to leave our baggage in our apartment (we have 2 small children so that was very much appreciated) and when all out to give us a tour of the premises. Unfortunately early in our stay there was a problem with water leaking, but they arranged this to be fixed almost immediately and upon hearing that our outgoing flight was booked for late in the evening even gave us the option of staying past check out (if there was no bookings and luckily for us, there weren't!!) - and we got to enjoy the facilities for longer and enjoy dinner at one of the fabulous restaurants downstairs before driving to the airport. As you can see, we absolutely loved our experience in dealing with you, dealing with the company that met us on the GC and the apartment itself. Thank you once again, for helping us to have an amazing, albeit brief, holiday and celebration of us graduating. Thank you once again!"

? "We have just returned from Chevron and would recommend it to everyone! We had 2 rooms one on the 8th floor and the other on the 19th. Both were immaculately presented! We booked directly with the owner who arranged for a guided tour of the property when we arrived. The property is very secure and you need a fob tag to access all of the towers. The outside pool was rather cool so we didn't swim in it but the surroundings were beautiful. There are 2 other pools both heated -one indoor and the other outside. The one outside has a shallow end which was suitable for my 18month old son to swim in. The apartments were both 2 bedrooms with new furniture and very clean. They both had 2 balconies overlooking the canal. I felt very safe with my son on both balconies as the railings and glass are very secure. The location is ideal with Coles downstairs and other speciality shops. It is right next to Cavil Avenue and walking distance to the beach. My mother in law needed to go the doctor the day we arrived and there is one either downstairs or one around the corner below the Holiday Inn with operates until 11pm. It is a very luxurious property. It is cheaper if you book through the owner of the apartment, however i have heard that some privately owned apartments may not by up to scratch but ours definitely were immaculate! Excellent service, i love the fact i was given an opportunity to do a pre inspection of my apartment before the balance was paid. Most other suppliers wanted there money before i got to Queensland. This reassured me all would be OK. The lady who made my booking was very helpful, she explained the process very well. The prices was fantastic for such a stunning resort. Real good pools, gym, and LOCATION IS THE BEST!!!! The apartment was so good i wanted to live there forever. I can not stop raving about the place. Thanks Vicky it was the best. If we go back to the Gold Coast we'll be there again for sure!"Sue, April 2009 "I have to admit I was very hesitant booking and paying for accommodation over the net with someone that I didn't know but it worked out perfectly. Being Christmas we did pay a premium but the accommodation was fantastic. We wish we had of known about the third pool earlier as that one was lovely and quiet however all of them were great. We requested a porta cot and had it delivered to our room within the day. It is central to Surfers and is only a short walk to central Caville Ave. We have a 4 year old and a 7mth old and found it perfect for what we required. The rooms were pretty much sound proof so my 4 year old slept though the night and didn't hear our baby wake. Security staff are patrolling so you feel very safe walking around at all the times. We had a wonderful holiday and now have to save again for the next one. I would definitely recommend Vickey in particular to anyone. She is fantastic and answers all questions you have promptly and is extremely professional. We contacted her on Boxing Day when we arrived and she answered our queries even though it was a public holiday. Thanks again. Now we have to save again for the next time :)"
